Grosenick named to 2010 USHL All-Star Game
Cedar Rapids RoughRiders goaltender, Troy Grosenick, has been selected to play the 2010 United States Hockey League All-Star Game.
"As an organization we are very happy for Troy," said Rider Coach/General Manager Mark Carlson. "He has played well for the team, especially over the last month or so. Being a part of the All-Star Game and festivities will be a great experience for him."
Grosenick leads all USHL goaltenders in appearances (31 games) and minutes played (1,756). The 20-year-old from Brookfield, Wisconsin has posted a 15-13-2 record this season, including two shutout victories. During his first USHL season, Grosenick compiled a 13-5-4 record in 24 appearances.
Grosenick joins defensemen Bryce Aneloski and Mac Bennett and winger Jeff Costello at the January 26th game In Indianapolis, IN.
