Josiah Didier Commits to Denver
Future Cedar Rapids RoughRider, Josiah Didier, has committed to play his college hockey career at Denver University.
Didier, a blueliner from Highlands Ranch, Colorado will play in Cedar Rapids for the next two seasons before beginning his college career at DU in 2012.
Didier, 17, a 6-3, 200-pound defenseman played his last three seasons for the Colorado Thunderbirds AAA program and most recently helped lead the U16AAA Thunderbirds to their first ever Tier 1 National Title.
"Adding Josiah to the RoughRider corp of defensemen is a big plus for our team. He has committed to play his college hockey with a great program at DU and will play in front of a home town crowd," said Head Coach and General Manager Mark Carlson.
