RoughRiders Forward Bohlin Commits to Wisconsin

CEDAR RAPIDS- Cedar Rapids RoughRiders forward Josh Bohlin has committed to play his college hockey at the University of Wisconsin.  Bohlin, from Wausau, Wisconsin, is in his first season with Cedar Rapids.

“It’s a great accomplishment for Josh to commit to the University of Wisconsin.” said RoughRiders Head Coach and General Manager Mark Carlson.  “To go to school and play hockey in the state he grew up in will be very exciting for him and his family.”

“I don’t think it was a very hard decision, to be honest.” Said Bohlin.  “It was pretty easy just because of the coaching staff and the resources there.  They have a great program and they’re moving in the right direction.”

Bohlin scored 46 points in 24 games for Wausau West High School last season.  He also spent time with Team Wisconsin before and after his High School season.
