Jeff Jauch - President/CEO
Jeff Jauch joined the RoughRiders in 2009 as President and CEO. In his second season with the RoughRiders, Jeff was named the USHL Executive of the Year after the franchise achieved recognition for it's in-game production, marketing program, increased attendance and community involvement. Jauch is responsible for the for creating Charity Spotlight, an in-game segment highlighting local community efforts and RoughRider Charities the fundraising arm of the organization. After the completion of the 2010-11 season, the RoughRiders were recipients of the USHL Organization of the Year award.
In 1983, Jeff graduated from the University of North Dakota. In 2007, he was inducted into the UND Athletic Hall of Fame as a member of the 1979 Fighting Sioux Football team. Jeff pursued a career as an engineer in the electronic components manufacturing industry. After spending 15 years in the high tech electronic components industry, Jeff went on to become Director of North American Sales and Marketing for MTG, a Hong Kong-based circuit board manufacturer. In 2006, Jeff opened a mortgage banking office in Madison, Wisconsin before joining the RoughRiders organization.
Jeff is the son of Ray Jauch, a former Iowa Hawkeye co-captain running back from 1957 through1959. After college Ray went on to play for Bud Grant in the Canadian Football League, and then coached in the CFL for more than 20 years. Jeff has three brothers- John, Jim and Joe. Jim is currently Associate Director of Pro Player Personnel for the San Diego Chargers of the National Football League.
Jeff and wife Beth have three childern, Kelly, Matt and Nick.
Mark Meyer
Corporate Partnership Director
Mark Meyer joined the RoughRiders in the summer of 2005 after previously working as a media consultant for the Corridor Business Journal. He is responsible for establishing and servicing corporate partnerships and for coordinating in-game promotions. Meyer, who grew up in Cedar Rapids, attended St. Mary's University in Winona, Minnesota.
Meyer currently resides in Cedar Rapids with his wife Beth and son Emery.
Larissa Heimer
Ticket Executive
Larissa Heimer joined the RoughRiders staff in the summer of 2008 and is responsible for sales of RoughRiders season tickets, flex plans, group tickets and merchandise.
A 2008 graduate of the University of Iowa, Heimer double majored in Communications and Sports Studies and minored in Religious Studies. She was also an active member of Alpha Phi Fraternity and the 24-7 College Ministry. Heimer will be a familiar face in the Riders' organization as she served as an intern during the 07-08 season and was honored as one of two "Interns of the Year."
Heimer currently resides in Cedar Rapids with her husband Brian.
Andy Dotterer
Account Executive
Andy Dotterer joined the RoughRiders staff in the summer of 2011. Andy is responsible for establishing and maintaining corporate partnerships and coordinating group tickets. A 2010 graduate of the University of Iowa, Dotterer majored in Sports Studies and Health Promotion. Growing up in the Quad City area, Dotterer played hockey for 18 years and went on to play lacrosse for the University of Iowa for two years. He has been an intern for the organization for the past two seasons and was awarded “Intern of the Year” for the 2009-2010 season.
Dotterer Currently resides in Coralville.
JoAnn Perez
Housing Coordinator
JoAnn Perez has been the RoughRiders' Housing Coordinator since the 2005-2006 season.
She is responsible for seeking living accommodations that meet both the players' needs and match the profile of a family in the local Cedar Rapids area. She acts as liaison with Kennedy & Washington High Schools for the RoughRider student players.
The RoughRiders housing program is committed to a mutually beneficial experience for both the athlete and the host family. Athletes range in age from 16-20 years old and come from all over North America and other countries to become part of one of the finest junior hockey programs in the country.The USHL experience begins in the home of the housing families:

JoAnn and her husband Gary have two daughters. Tara and husband Jairo have twin boys, Christian and Nicholas, and Leah who is currently attending St. Ambrose University.. The Perez family have been housing Roughriders since the 2001 season.
